The patient for a family practice physician is viewed as the entire family which allows for a unique relationship. Your family practice physician is your first point of contact with health care concerns and he/she will then direct you to necessary specialists, as needed.
  
  
• Internal Medicine
  Internal medicine focuses on adult medicine, specifically ages 18 through life. An internal medicine doctor specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. Typically, an internal medicine physician spends three of seven or more years in medical school dedicated to the learning, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. • Pediatrics
  Pediatrics encompasses every health aspect of a child's life. Pediatric care begins at birth and continues through young adulthood, which is why it is necessary to provide excellent, specialized care during this critical period of life. It is important to remember that your pediatric physician is not just someone to go to when your child is ill or has a broken arm. They can be a primary care source for a child's mental and social well being as well. Your pediatrician is your child's total health care provider and can also be a great tool for parents.
  
  
• Imaging Services
  LMA offers a variety of state-of-the-art imaging services, including nuclear stress testing, general nuclear medicine, MRI, multislice CT, echocardiography, ultrasound, bone densitometry, digital x-ray, ABI, CIMT and holter monitoring. Diagnostic interpretations are completed through our partnership with Roper Radiologists, PA. Our digital imaging equipment provides unmatched performance and allows confident diagnostic interpretations in a fraction of the time. LMA now offers online reporting to any ordering physician, thereby decreasing reporting time and getting results to our patients faster than ever before. By not using old film-based technology, we are able to lower the cost per exam and ultimately pass the savings on to our patients.
  
  
• Lab Services
  LMA offers quality lab services at convenient locations throughout the area. Our accredited lab facilities provide testing for approximately 75 analytes and panels in the following areas: chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, allergy panels (food and pediatric) and more.
