LMA announces partnership with Roper Radiologists

Lowcountry Medical Associates, PC (LMA) recently announced a new partnership with Roper Radiologists, PA. As of October 1, 2003, Roper Radiologists will provide diagnostic imaging interpretations for LMA's diagnostic imaging center, located at Moreland Medical in West Ashley.
"LMA's relationship with Roper Radiologists provides our patients with a higher quality of service as well as increases the continuity of care between the hospital system and the practices within our organization," notes Wendy J. Manter, LMA's chief operating officer. "The physicians of LMA are excited about this new venture and have a strong and trusting relationship with the radiologists."
"As a group, we are very excited to have the opportunity to expand on what has been a long tradition of working closely with the LMA physicians," remarks David Skinner, MD, a physician with Roper Radiologists. "Through the state-of-the-art resources available at LMA's diagnostic center, our goal is to provide the best care available in the tri-county area."
Roper Radiologists, PA, a group of eleven board-certified radiologists, practices general radiology with specialty interests and fellowship training in all areas of radiology including mammography, musculoskeletal radiology, neuro-radiology, vascular radiology and nuclear medicine.
