Renee Dopson wins 2007 LMA Keys to Service award

Charleston, SC - The physician leadership at LMA values our relationships with our patients and other visitors. A customer service program called "Keys to Service" was implemented in April 2006. All LMA employees have been required to participate in the training. Part of this program is to celebrate employees and physicians who offer service that exceeds expectations. Over the past year we have received written compliments for forty staff and physicians. We had a drawing from among the nominees, and are pleased that Renee Dopson was selected. Renee is a Certified Medical Assistant at the Urgent and Family Care Center in Mt. Pleasant. She was described as, "A hard worker who does things without being asked. She is eager to learn, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with." We would like to thank all of our staff and physicians, and particularly the forty who were nominated, for their dedication and hard work.
