Keys to Service
LMA is pleased to announce that we have implemented a new customer service training program called Keys to Service. We strive to offer exceptional customer service, as stated in our mission statement, “Lowcountry Medical Associates is a group practice of primary care physicians dedicated to maintaining the physician-patient relationship and committed to delivering continuous, cost effective, quality care with an emphasis on health maintenance and wellness.”
We developed three keys to empower our employees to be: Leaders of excellence, Masters of service, and to go Above expectations. All of our employees are health care professionals, and we expect them to exhibit professionalism in their appearance and behavior.
LMA cannot exist without its customers, whether they are patients, their families, vendors and any other visitors to our offices. We are asking all of our customers to hold us accountable in this endeavor. We would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative, so we can see how we are doing.
